2027 NNOAC Delegate Meeting & Conference
The 2027 NNOAC Delegates Meeting & Conference will be taking place from Monday – Wednesday, February 1-3, 2027 at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill. The cost to attend is $325. To help us plan, please register by Monday, January 18th, 2027.
Preliminary Schedule
- Monday, 8am – Delegates Meeting, 10am – Opening and Speakers
- Tuesday, Full day – Speakers
- Wednesday, Full day - Capitol Hill Visits

Hotel Reservations
We kindly ask that all attendees stay at the Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill, 525 New Jersey, NW, Washington, DC 20001. A block of guest rooms is available at a discounted rate of $280/night +tax (single/double). The group rate is good from January 31st - February 4th, 2027. Please remember that by staying at the Hilton, it helps NNOAC meet its financial obligations to the Hotel.
Please note, the hotel cut-off date for reservations is Friday, January 1st, 2027.
